Lexington - Base Package

The Lexington Series is the flagship of the line, offering a spacious main level master suite with the possibility of two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level. The twenty foot high two story Great Room is glazed on two sides and flanked by a covered porch that virtually doubles the usable floor area. Flat ceilings are set nine feet above the floor. This series provides the same functionality of homes that are twice its size.

Have the need or desire for a five bedroom home? Include a finished basement under the Lexington and add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to attain a total of 3,000 square feet of living space including 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms with space to spare for a media room, game room, or storage.
