Complete architectural drawings for the selected plan will be included in high-resolution pdf format. This file may be printed or transferred. These architectural drawings provide a level of detail that expands on the floor plans you may have viewed on our website. This level of detail is necessary to perform due diligence during permitting and construction in your specific regional area. Purchase of these plans does not constitute any purchase or commitment on a home. When you eventually purchase your new home from us, we will credit the cost of these plans toward your purchase price.

Included in that file package you will receive for each floor plan below will be:
1. Complete Theme Specifications
Complete specifications for Mountain, Beach, and Traditional themes will be included in Microsoft Word document format. Included on our website are specifications that are standard across all models. By contrast, the specifications you will receive will be complete lists by theme for your selected floor plan. This reference document will assist you in selections within the various packages as you get closer to submitting a purchase order.
2. Relevant Warranty Documents
Current warranty documents will be provided in pdf format.
3. Purchase Agreement and Exhibits
While purchase of our architectural drawings is solely for performing further exploration and due diligence on your part, and does not in any way constitute or initiate a home purchase, we also include our Purchase Agreement and additional Exhibits as Microsoft Word documents. These are provided for review and reference only.
4. Personal Budget Worksheet
We understand that planning for construction of your home can be overwhelming. We have provided a budget worksheet, in Excel format, as part of the download package as well. This can be used as a guide as you begin the budget process.
5. Additional Documents (as they become available)
Over time, we may provide you with additional documents. As additions are made, for example to the warranties or theme specifications, these documents will be made available to you via email when they are released. Your history of purchase will entitle you to any updates or additional material that becomes available, so you can rest assured that you have the most up-to-date information on our offerings.
Purchasing Additional Sets of Drawings
Finally, we are providing a limited time discount on purchase of multiple floor plans. Many of our customers use our floor plans for incremental building, involving multiple units. Should you wish to purchase additional complete floor plans, a coupon code will accompany your initial purchase confirmation email.
