Note: House In A Box, on a case by case basis, may modify its payment process in order to comply with your bank’s construction lending requirements relating to the draw schedule:
1. A payment of 25% of total order price at time of order
2. A payment of 25% is made prior to materials being shipped as directed by your builder
3. A final payment of 50% is made prior to materials being shipped as directed by your builder
Deposit money will be held in an escrow account during the 14-day review period and is fully refundable for any reason (unless the review period is waived in writing by the purchaser). After the review period, all funds received will be used to pay for the completion of the order. A signed checklist accounting for your purchase and lien waivers will be forwarded to the purchaser prior to delivery.
House In A Box / Creative Living Designs, LLC Orders will be processed in the order of date received and confirmed after each deposit is received.
Lead times from order to delivery vary based on level of activity. House In A Box / Creative Living Designs, LLC strives to maintain a four week (or less) lead time from date of order to delivery. Actual lead times will vary.
