The Aspen Series | Porch Size: 63 Sq Ft

The Aspen Series was designed with maximum flexibility in mind. This unit can be used as a guest house, an office, a game room, a cabana etc. This unit comes standard with a full bathroom, 25 sf of closet space and its own heating and/or cooling system. The fifteen foot high vaulted ceilings along with the clerestory windows add volume and grandeur to the space. Add the optional kitchenette and a washer/dryer for increased functionality.

Clarksburg Series

The 2-car garage is designed to integrate with the other homes in the line by incorporating a similar roof pitch and exterior detailing. As with other House in a Box homes, the garage has optional features such as full height storage area in the attic space. The locations of windows and doors are flexible and can be tailored to meet specific site conditions. Connect one to your home with an enclosed breezeway and enjoy all the benefits of an attached 2-car garage.

The Madison Series | Porch Size: 141 Sq Ft

The Madison Series is a derivative of the Aspen series offering a dedicated sitting area and kitchenette in the front. The partial wraparound porch and vaulted ceilings give this unit a much larger feel than it actually is. This unit could easily function as a standalone hotel, guest quarters, or cabin retreat.

The Cascade Series | Porch Size: 143 Sq Ft

The Cascade Series is the most compact and efficient fully functioning living unit in the line. This unit has a dramatic centrally located fireplace that separates the living space from the bedroom space. A small loft area above the bathroom provides additional storage space while adding interest to the interior. Fifteen foot high vaulted ceilings have also been incorporated into the design of this unit.

The Newport Series | Porch Size: 300 Sq Ft

The Newport Series "shotgun" design approach is extremely efficient and well suited for narrow sites. The flexible design of the exterior allows for either the front or rear elevation to be used as the front of the home. These units provide main level living space with a bedroom suite on the level above. The generous kitchen and sitting area provide ample room for everyday living and entertaining while the large covered porches on the front and rear further expand the living space. Nine foot ceilings are standard throughout along with ten foot high vaulted ceilings in the upper level.

Extend the usable square footage of the Newport by adding 460 square feet of finished basement space. Add another bedroom and bathroom, more living space, an office, or simply use the space as storage. The basement could be built now and finished in the future.

The Winchester Series | Porch Size: 97 Sq Ft

The Winchester Series offers main level living with a generously sized master bedroom and bathroom suite. The fifteen foot high vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows add tremendous volume to the rooms and provide an impressive quality of livable space. All flat ceilings are nine feet above the floor. This product would be a wonderful addition to any vacation property and is equally suited as a mother-in-law apartment.

The Clearwater Series | Porch Size: 300 Sq Ft

The Clearwater Series offers two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on the upper level leaving all of the living spaces on the main level below. Hallways are virtually eliminated in this design offering the maximum amount functional space per square foot. Nine foot ceilings are standard throughout along with vaulted ceilings in the upper level.

Need a third bedroom or perhaps a dedicated home office? Add a finished basement to the Clearwater Series to gain another 560 square feet of living space. Use it for a third bedroom suite, a playroom, home office, or storage. Build the basement now and finish it in the future.

The Auburn Series | Porch Size: 162 Sq Ft

The compact footprint of the Auburn series lends itself to many applications. The full bathroom on the main level allows the Great Room to double as guest room. The flexible design of the exterior allows for either the front or side elevation to be used as the front of the home. Nine foot ceilings are standard throughout this unit.

The Auburn Series could be outfitted with a finished basement to increase the living space by 538 square feet. Add another bedroom and bathroom, more living space, an office, or simply use the additional space as storage. The basement could be built now and finished in the future.

The Clifton Series | Porch Size: 585 Sq Ft

The Clifton Series offers two equally sized bedroom suites, each with its own private deck, bathroom, and walk-in-closet. The three sided porch surrounding the Great Room offers 180 degree views while the small loft area over the entry affords a commanding view out of the front of the home. Fifteen to sixteen foot vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows give volume and an abundance of natural light not only to the Great Room but also to each of the bedrooms. Flat ceilings are set nine feet above the floor.

The Springfield Series

The Springfield Series offers a one bedroom living unit over a two car garage space. Both the garage and living spaces have individual front doors to keep the functions separate. The fully functioning living space has ten foot high ceilings throughout. There are countless possible uses for this unit especially if combined with other homes in the House in a Box line. While the main floor of the Springfield Series is shown as a two car garage, it could have many other uses. As an example, the lower level could be made identical to the upper level thereby creating two independent fully functional living spaces. Alternatively, the lower level could be outfitted with a large dining room, kitchen, and family room and serve other House in a Box units as the central gathering space.

The Oxford Series | Porch Size: 479 Sq Ft

The Oxford Series is the big brother to the Winchester series, offering two bedroom suites over two levels. Each suite has a luxurious bathroom space and private deck. Nine foot ceilings are standard save for the two-story Great Room which soars twenty feet above the floor and is surrounded by a covered porch that significantly increases the living space on the main level.

Create a third bedroom suite or perhaps an apartment below the Oxford Series by adding a 950 square foot basement. The location of the stairway allows for a separate exterior entrance to the basement space if desired.

The Lexington Series | Porch Size: 282 Sq Ft

The Lexington Series is the flagship of the line, offering a spacious main level master suite with the possibility of two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level. The twenty foot high two story Great Room is glazed on two sides and flanked by a covered porch that virtually doubles the usable floor area. Flat ceilings are set nine feet above the floor. This series provides the same functionality of homes that are twice its size.
