Unlike traditional hotels, the unique, stand-alone qualities provided by House in a Boxtm are able to create a genuine feeling of escape and relaxation. The freedom of a multi-structure layout ensures a much more desirable experience for any vacation setting.
This case study utilizes four different House in a Box units to construct a Bed and Breakfast concept. The 1,790 square foot house is the proprietors home while the caretaker occupies the living space above the two car garage. Rental units shown in this case are 317 square feet and 495 square feet respectively.
