  • Unloading of the House in a Box components from the delivery truck(s)
  • Installation of selected interior finishes

  • Rough plumbing (materials and labor)
  • House In A Box only provides electrical for Light Fixtures. (materials and labor)
  • Rain gutters and downspouts
  • Additional hold-downs as specified by local engineer
