- Design of footings and foundation walls (or piers) by licensed structural engineer
- Review and stamp of House in a Box plans and calculations by licensed structural engineer (architectural plans may also need to be stamped by a licensed architect, check with the local building department)
- All foundation work: footings, walls, veneers
- Site plan drawing prepared by local civil engineer or architect
- Site clearing, excavation, and preparation
- Unloading of the House in a Box components from the delivery truck(s)
- Installation of selected interior finishes
- Fasteners
- Rough plumbing (materials and labor)
- House In A Box only provides electrical for Light Fixtures. (materials and labor)
- Rain gutters and downspouts
- Additional hold-downs as specified by local engineer
